POLICIES/REQUIREMENTS

PLEASE READ BEFORE BOOKING!!

1. A $40 NON-REFUNDABLE DEPSOSIT is required to book before you are scheduled that will go towards your service. it can be paid by debit/credit over the phone, email you an invoice or PayPal.

*Deposits must be paid before you're scheduled** Please let me know what works best for you!

2. Clients are required to keep a credit or debit card on file.

3. If 10 minutes or more late, you may have to reschedule and/or you may not receive all the designs and services you desired and a late fee of $15 will be added to your service.

4. If you cancel your appt the day of your appt or No call/No show, you will have to pay FULL PRICE for your services before re-booking. If you don't pay that is an automatic termination and you will NO LONGER be able to schedule an appointment again.

5. Please refrain from using your phone while receiving your nail service especially while polishing. NO digging in pockets or purses. NO texting, picking up, holding phones or use of laptops while polishing. I would STRONGLY suggest a Bluetooth or Air Pods.

6. ONLY clients that have an appointment are allowed in the salon. If you have additional people, they will have to wait outside the salon in the hallway. Please NO CHILDREN ALLOWED in the salon.

7. Please have some sort of idea in mind before your nail appointment. Pictures, colors, etc. Please send them before your appt.

8. NO eating while receiving your nail services. During your Pedicure is acceptable.

9. No additional services added if you did not schedule it before your appt, ONLY if time permits after your initial services have been completed.

10. Please write down your appointment or add it to your calendar before you leave.
